This is some of the "MADNESS" that was running through my head during my Sunday run through the Trails. As I write it I feel that I sound like Patrick from Sponge Bob. I can't help but laugh at myself.

These shoes feel so much better than the heals I just took off.
I like these socks…they feel thin and comfy.
My legs feel good. I feel like I have a bounce in my step.
I sure hope I don’t slip on all of these fallen leaves. I’d hate to injure myself and not be able to run. I’d hate to gain any weight.
Look around for people before burping. I guess burping is the body’s way of releasing pressure.
I can feel my Motivator kicking in. Love the rush I get from running!

Feel the ground, don’t worry about the hill ahead, but take in every step right in front of me. Think like an animal while running through the woods. Take the down hills fast and let it propel you up the next.

I hope that wasn’t a snake I heard rattle. It’s got to be too cold anyway for a snake.

Finally…last hill in the woods. Almost there. Take it in, I feel good!!!!!! Is this the ZONE?

I hope we can get our costumes put together before the party tonight.

Nothing but random thoughts. Of course mine are very simple. I’m not fighting any big causes or thinking of a cure for disease while out there. Just clearing my mind and enjoying “me” time.
