Yeah It's the Weekend!!!!

Pete and I have tons of things to accomplish this weeeknd. My parents are coming for Thanksgiving.

It's not that we never get to see them or that they live too far away, but I always want things to look their best when they get here. In away it's childish, but even at my age I like approval from my parent's. I guess you could say I'm a parent pleaser.

Pete and I are taking on the task of decorating our dining room...again. This time we are going for a more up to date look. I'm not sure what you would call it, but we like it.



Let's see here's what need to be finished before next Tuesday.

1. Bathroom Ceiling needs finishing *
2. Dining room needs to be cleaned and painted.*
3. Bench seat needs staining* in progress
4. Table needs to be assembled*
5. Need to buy new rug (ouch)*
6. Toys...the toys need to be removed from the dining area/play room*
7. Out with the old chandelier and in with the new
8. Buy new lighting fixture
9. Anything else that needs doing* I painted the trim in the foyer.



We are accepting all volunteers. Must have own paint brush and like to listen to Pete's eclectic music collection
