Glad to see you are hanging in there. I am trying to keep my eyes open after our "EASY" 13 miler today.
Adam and I took off in the below freezing temps and we both felt good considering the 6mile pace run yesterday, so we ended up posting a 1:48 mini-marathon. Which by the way is 3 minutes better than my P.R. for a mini.
I can't wait see you all, even if we have to wait until May.
Awesome. Yes, today was an easy six, or supposed to be an easy, but after teaching cycling today it was tough. I need to switch up my schedule a bit. Below Freezing temps has kept us in side much this season. Tomorrow we are looking forward to 40's and hopefully a run outside. Can't wait to see all of you, but we will continue to read your blogs as to stay connected. Good Luck with your training. Keep in touch!
