Thank you for your input on my last post. I will absolutely include all of the songs suggested....well, maybe not the Hanna Montana. I am instructing adults, so thanks, but no thanks MV:)
I may have been a little unclear about keeping the C in the Y. I can use any material as long as it is edited for all audience's. One of my favorite songs is Numb by Linkin Park. It's a great song to push, and push yourself a little harder.
I have been wanting to add some spiritual songs into my mix and I think I may be able to do that with the suggestion. Thanks Again! I downloaded some Avalon a while back and plan to use it as well.
Anytime you hear a great song feel free to pass it along. I love to keep my music updated for my classes!
Have a great Day and blessings!

Here are two from my favorite workout playlist. One high tempo oldie ... Nutbush City Limits by Ike and Tina Turner. And one slow beat newbie ... Idlewild Blue by Outkast.

Ignoring the band's name, I'm all for Maybe Katie by Barenaked Ladies. ;-) My boys can really belt it out!

By the way, you really didn't see snow last weekend, it was all an illusion...

Hey chick!
How about "I like to Move it" from the Madagascar movie. "Are you gonna be my girl?" Jett.
Yo-Yoing music in our house!
