Hey There! What a great rainy Tuesday. Again spent indoors. I did however run 4 miles on the treadmill bright and early. What a great way to start the day. Drinking a cup of coffee isn't a bad way either.

Tuesday's are great. I get 4 hours of freedom. Riley goes to pre-school for 12 hour each week. This allows me to take time for myself. I know...sounds selfish. Believe me....I deserve it:) After I ran I enjoyed 13 minutes basking in the sun. I don't care that it was artificial...it was warm and relaxing. I'm sure I will pay for it one day. Everyone out their reading is either for it or against it.
I actually read that it's a form of therapy called Heliotherapy. Definition: Medical therapy involving exposure to sunlight.

I took Riley to McDonalds today. We came home and sat together on the couch while he ate his Happy Meal. He watched a little TV. with me. My plan was to try to get him to take a nap, of course he had other plans. Still we had a very low key afternoon.

Sam had a little neighbor girl come home from school with him today. When they got home all three of them made individual pizzas. This was a great idea. Riley was in charge of the veggie trays. They worked very hard and the outcome was fabulous. Everyone had their own pizza that they made themselves and Riley ate cucumbers.

To end the saga of our day we attended a D.A.R.E program at Sammy's school. We toured an ambulance, fire truck, and even walked through a trailer filled with smoke. All in all we had a great day! Not too exciting, but not too dull.

Without sounding boastful... I love my life. For those of you who know me well you will understand. My life may not be extravagant and I joke that it is dull, but it's just the way we like it, Fulfilling!

Coming tomorrow.....I will try my hand at posting pictures. I have several from our 2006 Annual Girls camping trip Eastern KY. A bike Trek to beautiful Shaker Town, plus just fun family and friend’s photo's. Wish me luck.
