I'll write up my thoughts tomorrow morning...it was a great run!
Correction...1.5 mile hilly paved road, 1.6 trail run. The camera made me a little crazy!

I'm not sure how it is possible (maybe the water in Henderson?) but I think Sam is somehow related to Whit.
